Her proven design and hospitality formula has ensured that she continually achieves Airbnb Superhost status as well as maintaining an 86% occupancy rate - when the industry standard is 67%.

Each client will first go through a consultation with Lauren to determine what their goals are and receive an assessment of what their apartment needs in order to become a member of the Poha x Portfolio ohana.

Once the apartment is camera ready, the team installs all home essentials and then the marketing begins. 

Professional photos are taken to get us started and then it's off to the races (Airbnb, social media + our website).
