What time is check-in/out?
Check in is at 3:00PM

Can I check in early or check out late?
We cannot accommodate early check ins or late check outs. We have a strict cleaning schedule and back to back guests 99% of the time. If your flight lands early we recommend that you book the previous night as well so you can check in when you arrive.
Can I store my luggage with you?
We personally cannot hold your luggage. However, you can ask the bellhops when you arrive to store your luggage.

Can I send packages to the building?
I'm sorry, we cannot accept package delivery.

How far is the apartment from the beach?
The building is right across the street from famous Waikiki Beach.
Do you have parking?
Parking is free and valet only for one car. It is customary to tip $2 - $5 each time you pick up your car.
Do you provide towels, dishes, toilet paper, etc?
Yes. There is an electric tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster and rice cooker is available as well as a full set of dishes, cookware and kitchen essentials to help whip up the perfect meal. There is also a stove and refrigerator. We have also provided coffee and tea to help get you started. You’ll find bath towels, a hair blow dryer and iron or steamer in the apartment as well. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided.
Do you provide beach towels?
There are pool towels located on the 4th floor on the pool deck. There are beach towels at the valet stand on the 1st floor. Please return all towels at the end of each day otherwise the building will charge a $50 fine for each towel not returned.
Can I do laundry?
The washer and dryer are located in the closet.
Does the building have a swimming pool or a gym?
Yes. All amenities are located on the 4th floor.
