Recently renovated, our studios have a cozy, tropical feel. There is a full kitchen, bathroom, lanai, 50 Mbsp WiFi & a Smart HDTV with cable. An electric tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and rice cooker are available as well as a full set of dishes, cookware and kitchen essentials to help whip up that perfect meal. We provide coffee, a selection of Hawaii coffee, Hawaii teas, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Check in is at 3:00PM

Can I check in early or check out late?
We cannot accommodate early check ins or late check outs. We have a strict cleaning schedule and back to back guests 99% of the time. If your flight lands early we recommend that you book the previous night as well so you can check in when you arrive.

How far is the apartment from the beach?
The apartment is a 5-minute walk to Ala Moana Beach Park.

Do you have parking?
There is a parking garage attached to the building. It’s to the right of the front entrance on Hobron Lane – which is off Ala Moana Blvd. It’ll be right after Red Lobster once you turn the corner. There is a $7 rate for 10 hours in the garage. That’s the cheapest option for a couple of hours. There is a day pass (with in and out privileges) available for $23. You need to tell the parking attendant you want to purchase the $23 parking pass when entering the garage. There will be an attendant in the booth. Otherwise, it’s $4/30 minutes. If you are having guests over, the cheapest parking is near the marina (water) at $1/hour. They can pay via cash or credit card.

Do you provide towels, dishes, toilet paper, etc?
Yes. There is an electric tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster and rice cooker is available as well as a full set of dishes, cookware and kitchen essentials to help whip up the perfect meal. There is also a stove and refrigerator. We have also provided a few bottles of water, coffee and tea to help get you started. You’ll find bath & beach towels, a hair blow dryer and iron in the apartment as well. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided. We also provide luxurious Malie bath products.

Can I do laundry?
The laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor. Please note that there is no change machine nor detergent dispenser on site. You can buy laundry detergent across the street at the ABC store. The machines take quarters.

Does the building have a swimming pool?
No, it doesn’t. You can book a daybed at the Modern Honolulu. The hotel is directly across the street. There are multiple day bed packages that you can view here: https://www.themodernhonolulu.com/daybed-experience
