Check in is at 3:00PM

Can I check in early or check out late?

We cannot accommodate early check ins or late check outs. We have a strict cleaning schedule and back to back guests 99% of the time. If your flight lands early we recommend that you book the previous night as well so you can check in when you arrive.

Can I store my luggage with you?

We personally cannot hold your luggage. We recommend searching on Yelp for luggage storage options.

How far is your apartment from XYZ?

The Ilikai Marina Condos (NOT Ilikai Hotel) is located at 1765 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815. You can Google the apartment and destination address to plan your itinerary!

Can I send packages to the building?

I'm sorry, we cannot accept package delivery.

How far is the apartment from the beach?

The apartment is a 5 - 10 minute walk to Ala Moana Beach Park

Do you have parking?

There is a parking garage attached to the building. It’s to the right of the front entrance on Hobron Lane – which is off Ala Moana Blvd. It’ll be right after Red Lobster once you turn the corner. There is a $8 rate for 10 hours in the garage (no in and out privileges). That’s the cheapest option for a couple of hours. There is a day pass (with in and out privileges) available for $23. You need to tell the parking attendant you want to purchase the $23 parking pass when entering the garage. There will be an attendant in the booth. Otherwise, it’s $4/30 minutes.

Do you provide towels, dishes, toilet paper, etc?

Yes. There is an electric tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster and rice cooker available as well as a full set of dishes, cookware and kitchen essentials to help whip up the perfect meal. There is also a stove and refrigerator. We have also provided coffee and tea to help get you started. You’ll find bath & beach towels, a hair blow dryer and iron or steamer in the apartment as well. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided.

Can I do laundry?

The laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor. Please note that there is no detergent dispenser on site. You can buy laundry detergent across the street at the ABC store. You can pay for the laundry through the app system. Instructions are in the laundry room.

Does the building have a swimming pool or a gym?


No, it doesn’t.

Can I use the pool and gym at the Ilikai Hotel?


No, you can't. Ilikai Marina Condos has no affiliation with the Ilikai Hotel
