Lauren was born and raised on Oahu, an island girl with a passion for traveling, she has worked in Hawaii's real estate industry since 2013. She runs the nightly vacation rental division at Poha x Portfolio (RB-15238). Her background in marketing and Bachelor's degree in Communications + Integrated Multimedia make the perfect cocktail alongside her real estate license.
Her world travels make Lauren the ideal vacation rental manager as she knows what makes guests feel at home away from home. She has successfully managed vacation rentals using Airbnb to her clients' benefit for the past 5 years with over 1300 5-star reviews.
Lauren's interior design and staging projects were featured on HGTV. Her work has also been featured in Entrepreneur, Huffington Post, Star Advertiser, KITV4, and more.
Her proven design and hospitality formula has ensured that she continually achieves Airbnb Superhost status as well as maintaining an 86% occupancy rate - when the industry standard is 67%.

Kaitlyn is Lauren's right-hand woman. She has been instrumental in creating systems, and organizing the day-to-day operations at Poha. She keeps the behind the scenes running smoothly.
She was born and raised on the island of Maui and moved to Oahu for college, graduating with her BSBA in Entrepreneurship. She fell in love with what Oahu had to offer and has been here ever since.
In her free time you can either find her at a dog park with her corgi, Oliver or sipping on a cup of coffee while reading a book.
